1. Product Condition

1. 1.1 All Products sold are used or refurbished, and may exhibit signs of prior use, such as wear, scratches, or markings.
2. 1.2 Product descriptions are accurate to the best of our knowledge and include relevant details such as make, model, specifications, and known defects (if any).
3. 1.3 Unless otherwise stated in writing, no guarantees are made regarding the lifespan, performance, or suitability for any specific purpose.

2. Warranties & Guarantees

• 2.1 All second-hand goods are sold “as-is” and “voetstoots”, with no express or implied warranties, unless stated in writing.
• 2.2 Where a limited warranty is provided, it will be detailed in the invoice or a separate warranty card.
• 2.3 You are responsible for thoroughly inspecting the goods upon collection or delivery.

3. Returns & Refunds

• 3.1 Returns are only accepted if the item is materially different from the description provided at the time of sale.
• 3.2 You must notify us in writing within 7 days of receiving the item, with supporting photos and an explanation.
• 3.3 Approved returns must be sent back at your cost, and refunds will only be processed once the item is inspected.
• 3.4 Refunds may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 15% of the item’s purchase price.

4. Pricing & Payment

7. Ownership & Title

1. 7.1 Title in the goods remains with Equinox IT until full payment has been received.
2. 7.2 We reserve the right to reclaim any items not paid for in full.

8. Compliance

• 8.1 You are responsible for ensuring that any item purchased complies with local laws, regulations, or licensing requirements.
• 8.2 Equinox IT is not responsible for software licensing issues unless specifically agreed in writing.

9. General

• 9.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
