Product Condition<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>1.1 All Products sold are used or refurbished, and may exhibit signs of prior use, such as wear, scratches, or markings.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1.2 Product descriptions are accurate to the best of our knowledge and include relevant details such as make, model, specifications, and known defects (if any).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1.3 Unless otherwise stated in writing, no guarantees are made regarding the lifespan, performance, or suitability for any specific purpose.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Warranties &amp; Guarantees<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>2.1 All second-hand goods are sold \u201cas-is\u201d and \u201cvoetstoots\u201d, with no express or implied warranties, unless stated in writing.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2.2 Where a limited warranty is provided, it will be detailed in the invoice or a separate warranty card.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2.3 You are responsible for thoroughly inspecting the goods upon collection or delivery.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Returns &amp; Refunds<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>3.1 Returns are only accepted if the item is materially different from the description provided at the time of sale.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3.2 You must notify us in writing within 7 days of receiving the item, with supporting photos and an explanation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3.3 Approved returns must be sent back at your cost, and refunds will only be processed once the item is inspected.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3.4 Refunds may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 15% of the item\u2019s purchase price.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Pricing &amp; Payment<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>4.1 All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and are inclusive\/exclusive of VAT [choose one].<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>4.2 Full payment is required before any item is dispatched or made available for collection.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>4.3 We accept [insert payment methods, e.g. EFT, card payments, etc.].<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Delivery &amp; Risk<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>5.1 Risk of loss or damage passes to you once the goods leave our premises.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>5.2 We are not responsible for any delays, damages, or losses that occur during transit if you arrange your own courier.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>5.3 Where delivery is provided by us, we will take reasonable care to ensure the item is packaged securely.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Limitation of Liability<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>6.1 Equinox IT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use, inability to use, or malfunction of the goods.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>6.2 Our maximum liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the goods in question.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7. Ownership &amp; Title<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>7.1 Title in the goods remains with Equinox IT until full payment has been received.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>7.2 We reserve the right to reclaim any items not paid for in full.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">8. Compliance<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>8.1 You are responsible for ensuring that any item purchased complies with local laws, regulations, or licensing requirements.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>8.2 Equinox IT is not responsible for software licensing issues unless specifically agreed in writing.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">9. General<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>9.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>9.2 Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [Your City, e.g. Johannesburg or Cape Town].<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>9.3 These Terms may be updated from time to time.
