{"id":1608,"date":"2024-11-07T08:25:47","date_gmt":"2024-11-07T06:25:47","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/equinoxit.co.za\/?page_id=1608"},"modified":"2024-11-07T08:25:47","modified_gmt":"2024-11-07T06:25:47","slug":"shipping-information","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/equinoxit.co.za\/index.php\/shipping-information\/","title":{"rendered":"Shipping information"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Product Supply and Delivery<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>14.1<\/strong>&nbsp;Delivery options include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Courier service appointed by EquinoxIT;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Courier service appointed by the customer;<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Delivery by Courier Appointed by Customer<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>14.2<\/strong>&nbsp;Customers may appoint their own courier or collection agency for order pickups.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>14.3<\/strong>&nbsp;EquinoxIT will not be responsible for any costs or risks associated once the order is handed over to the courier or agent appointed by the customer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Delivery by Courier Appointed by EquinoxIT<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>14.4<\/strong>&nbsp;Delivery will take place at the address provided when placing the order, unless delivery is outside the borders of the Republic of South Africa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>14.5<\/strong>&nbsp;If you fail to take delivery of the goods:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>EquinoxIT may store the goods and charge you for reasonable storage and insurance costs;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>EquinoxIT may sell the goods at the best available price, deduct reasonable expenses, and refund or charge you for any shortfall.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>14.6<\/strong>&nbsp;If EquinoxIT cannot deliver the goods for reasons within its control, you will be informed as soon as possible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>14.7<\/strong>&nbsp;Every effort will be made to deliver the goods promptly, but EquinoxIT is not liable for any losses caused by delays. You will be informed of any delays as soon as possible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>14.8<\/strong>&nbsp;You will be asked to sign for the goods upon receipt, confirming their condition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>If the package appears damaged, refuse the delivery.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If you cannot check the contents at delivery, sign the parcel as \u201cUNCHECKED.\u201d Failure to do so may affect any warranty claims.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>14.9<\/strong>&nbsp;Delivery timelines are guidelines, as EquinoxIT relies on couriers for delivery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>14.10<\/strong>&nbsp;EquinoxIT is not liable for delays caused by courier companies once the parcel is handed over. Any concerns should be directed to the courier.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>14.11<\/strong>&nbsp;EquinoxIT is not responsible for incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses provided by the customer. Additional fees resulting from incorrect details will be charged to the customer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>14.12<\/strong>&nbsp;Orders will only be dispatched after full payment is received and reflected in EquinoxIT\u2019s account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>14.13<\/strong>&nbsp;Any changes to the delivery address or other actions leading to additional costs will be the customer\u2019s responsibility.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>14.14<\/strong>&nbsp;Free delivery applies only to certain main centers, based on postal code and suburb.
